We get it — sometimes things change. Here's how refunds work at Poksy sp. z o.o.

1. Return Window

You may return sealed products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions:

Items must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Opened products cannot be returned due to the collectible and condition-sensitive nature of trading cards

Please note: Our products are sold as sealed collectible items. Opening the packaging significantly affects their value. For this reason, we can only accept returns for unopened products.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a return, email us at shop@poksy.eu with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the process step-by-step.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
This applies only to products returned in original, unopened condition, due to the nature of collectible goods.
